Fees effective September, 2022
- 75 minute initial evaluation or extended therapy session $650
- 45-50 minute medication or therapy hour $500
- 20-25 minute medication appointment $300
Time spent towards your care outside sessions will be billed at the hourly rate of $500, prorated to the quarter hour.
Dr. Huff is in the office Monday through Friday with appointments offered 7:30am-4pm. Evenings or weekends are not available.
Dr. Huff does not accept insurance or work with a billing service. Payment may be submitted by cash, check, any major credit card or your HSA debit card. A detailed receipt can be provided to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have a PPO or other plan that allows you to see Out of Network providers. Please verify your benefits and authorization for services before your first appointment. Dr. Huff is not a Medicare provider and services are not eligible for reimbursement by Medicare.
Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide two business days’ notice to avoid being charged the full fee for your session.
Privacy
Dr. Huff’s practice is dedicated to protecting your privacy. Please be aware you will likely have to submit information about your diagnosis and treatment to your insurance company if you seek reimbursement. Your care may be discussed with others only with your consent. Exceptions to this policy are if there is concern for imminent danger to yourself or others; or to report child or elder abuse as is required by all physicians by the State of California.
Email is available for your convenience in non-urgent matters such as scheduling appointments, but should not be considered confidential. Clinical concerns should be discussed during appointments. Brief phone sessions are appropriate for urgent matters between appointments.
